Bulk Actions in Task Manager

Learn how to update multiple tasks at once using bulk actions in the Task Manager list view.

You can update multiple tasks at once without having to edit them one by one. Simply check the boxes next to the tasks you want to update β€” you'll see a count of how many you've selected β€” then click Bulk action in the top-right corner of the list view.

What you can update in bulk

  • Status

  • Owner

  • Priority

  • Category

  • Due date

A confirmation modal appears before anything is applied β€” you'll always see exactly what you're about to change before it goes through.

When it's useful

  • Reassigning tasks when a team member is unavailable

  • Applying a deadline to a group of related tasks at once

  • Tidying up task categories in bulk after a process change

Bulk actions are only available in list view. Switch to list view using the view toggle in the top right of the Task Manager.
