Automatic payments allow you to collect payment from your customers' saved payment methods automatically. This eliminates manual payment collection, reduces late payments, and ensures predictable cash flow.
Automatic payments are supported for:
Adyen
Stripe
Nuvei
GoCardless - If using GoCardless please see this article here
Before enabling automatic payments, ensure that:
Your PSP (Payment service provider) account is connected to Kolleno
Your customers have saved payment methods on file
Steps to Enable Automatic Payments
The process is the same for all payment service providers:
Navigate to Settings in your Kolleno dashboard
Click on Payments in the left sidebar
Locate your connected payment provider account (Adyen, Stripe, GoCardless, Nuvei)
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the account
Manage PSP accounts
Select the specific PSP account you want to enable the automatic payments
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the status
Select Configure automatic payments from the dropdown menu
When will you charge customers? At the moment, we can only charge on the due date of the invoice.
How long do you want to collect your payments? Forever or up to a specific date ( after that date, automatic payments will stop)
Toggle Turn on automatic payments to enable the feature
Click Save to confirm your configuration
