This article explains how to enable the automatic payments feature for GoCardless. When you turn it on, Kolleno will check for any invoice due within the next 6 days and automatically charge the remaining balance to be debited via GoCardles on the date due.
Go to your Kolleno settings
Select "Payments"
Next to GoCardless, click on the ellipsis to view the sub-menu.
Click on "Configure automatic payments"
You will now be presented with several options:
When will you charge customers? At the moment, we can only charge on the due date of the invoice.
How long do you want to collect your payments? Forever or up to a specific date ( after that date, automatic payments will stop)
Turn on automatic payments - don't forget to turn it on here!
Click on "Save"
