Table View vs Columns View: choosing the right Task Manager layout

Task Manager offers two different layout options to help you work efficiently, depending on whether you need high-speed case processing or bulk management and reporting.


Columns View (List View)

  • The Columns View (List) is designed for high-productivity work, showing filtered active cases.


Table View

  • The Table View provides an aggregate, spreadsheet-like list for bulk management and searching across all queries, including those that are dismissed or completed.


How to switch between views

  1. Open Task Manager.

  2. Look for the View toggle in the top toolbar.

  3. Select Columns or Table depending on your needs.
