Why this happens
When table columns are updated (added, renamed, or removed), saved views may still use the old configuration. A page refresh is not enough.
Please note that it can happen when you have asked support to add/remove custom columns for you.
What to do
Open the affected table
Open Filters / Columns
Click Reset
The table will reload with the latest columns.
When to reset
New columns don’t appear
Old or renamed columns are still visible
Column values look incorrect
Notes
Reset only affects your view
Saved filters and column selections are cleared
