Task Manager is Kolleno's workspace for handling customer issues as Queries. Unlike the legacy action-driven system that presented fragmented individual tasks, Task Manager is query-driven. Each Query represents the root customer issue such as an invoice dispute, payment promise, or clarification request and consolidates all relevant communication, linked invoices, and resolution steps into one case view.
Instead of managing five separate email tasks, you work one Query that contains the complete conversation, financial context, and progression toward resolution.
What you'll see in a Query
A Query typically includes:
Owner – the team member leading the resolution (learn more about how Queries are assigned)
Category – AI-suggested categorization (please see this article for more information: How to set Query priority, category, and due date)
Priority – Critical, High, Medium, or Low
Due date – Target resolution date
Status – New, In Progress, Waiting, Completed, or Dismissed
History – curated timeline of events for this specific case (explore Query History)
Actions – tasks you create to resolve the Query, including customer replies and internal actions
