When the customer issue is finished or no longer needs work close the Query so it leaves your active working lists. Task Manager gives you two ways to close a Query, depending on the outcome.

Mark a Query as Completed

Use Completed when the issue is successfully resolved. When a Query is completed, Kolleno will auto-generate an AI Resolution summary to document the outcome for reference and audit purposes.

Mark a Query as Dismissed

Use Dismissed when the Query is redundant or no action is required. Examples include:

  • Automated out-of-office replies

  • Duplicate Queries

  • Cases where the customer withdrew their concern

Dismissed Queries are archived and removed from your active "to do" work.
