If you're experiencing error messages, crashes, or unexpected behavior when using Kolleno, the cause may be your browser's built-in translation feature or a translation extension. These tools can interfere with how Kolleno loads and renders elements on the page, which can cause the application to malfunction or crash.
This issue commonly occurs with:
Browsers built-in "Translate" feature
Translation browser extensions (e.g., Google Translate, DeepL)
Automatic page translation settings
How to fix it:
Step 1: Disable Chrome's built-in translation for Kolleno
Right-click anywhere on the Kolleno page
If you see "Translate to [language]", uncheck it
Alternatively, if a translation banner appears at the top of the page, click "Show original" or "Never translate this site"
Step 2: Disable translation extensions
If you're using a translation extension:
Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar (usually top-right)
Find your translation extension (e.g., Google Translate, DeepL)
Disable or turn off the extension for the Kolleno site
Refresh the page
Step 3: Clear your browser cache and refresh
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
Select Cached images and files
Click Clear data
Refresh the Kolleno page and try searching again
Still not working?
Try using a different browser (e.g., Edge, Firefox, Safari) to rule out browser-specific issues
Restart your browser completely
