If you're experiencing error messages, crashes, or unexpected behavior when using Kolleno, the cause may be your browser's built-in translation feature or a translation extension. These tools can interfere with how Kolleno loads and renders elements on the page, which can cause the application to malfunction or crash.

This issue commonly occurs with:

  • Browsers built-in "Translate" feature

  • Translation browser extensions (e.g., Google Translate, DeepL)

  • Automatic page translation settings

How to fix it:

Step 1: Disable Chrome's built-in translation for Kolleno

  1. Right-click anywhere on the Kolleno page

  2. If you see "Translate to [language]", uncheck it

  3. Alternatively, if a translation banner appears at the top of the page, click "Show original" or "Never translate this site"

Step 2: Disable translation extensions

If you're using a translation extension:

  1. Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar (usually top-right)

  2. Find your translation extension (e.g., Google Translate, DeepL)

  3. Disable or turn off the extension for the Kolleno site

  4. Refresh the page

Step 3: Clear your browser cache and refresh

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)

  2. Select Cached images and files

  3. Click Clear data

  4. Refresh the Kolleno page and try searching again

Still not working?

  • Try using a different browser (e.g., Edge, Firefox, Safari) to rule out browser-specific issues

  • Restart your browser completely

  • If the problem persists, contact Kolleno Support at support@kolleno.com with:

    • The URL from the top of the page

    • A screenshot of the error message

    • Your browser
