If a reconciliation match fails to sync to NetSuite, you can manually retry the synchronization directly from the Reconciliation History.
Perform Manual Synchronization
From History Overview Tab
Open the Reconciliation tab.
Select Reconciliation History from the top navigation.
Locate the reconciliation entry with an error.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the row.
Select Retry synchronization
From Matched transaction details
Open the Reconciliation tab.
Select Reconciliation History from the top navigation.
Locate the reconciliation entry with a synchronization error.
Open the affected transaction.
Review the transaction details and error message.
Click Retry synchronization
