The Tasks page in Kolleno helps you manage and prioritize your daily collection activities. Understanding how task tabs and the Snooze feature work ensures no important task is missed.
Task Tabs Explained
Upcoming
Upcoming Tasks - shows tasks that have a due date set in the future. Use this view to plan ahead and see what work is coming up next.
Due and Overdue Tabs
Due Tasks - Tasks that are scheduled for today or approaching their due date but haven't passed it yet. These are tasks you need to work on soon.
Overdue Tasks - Tasks where the due date has already passed. These are tasks that should have been completed but are now late.
Snoozed Tasks
When you snooze a task, it is temporarily hidden from all task tabs.
Snoozed tasks do not appear in Upcoming, Due, or Overdue while the snooze is active.
Snooze is time based.
If you snooze a task for one day, it will reappear after 24 hours, not the next working day.
Once the snooze period ends, the task returns to the task list based on its original due date.
Viewing Snoozed Tasks
There is currently no dedicated Snoozed tab. Snoozed tasks become visible again automatically once the snooze duration expires.
