Kolleno supports direct integrations with many popular banks. However, some banks are not yet available due to regional, technical, or API limitations.

Using SFTP as an Alternative

Many major banks offer SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) services that allow bank statements to be delivered automatically.

When using SFTP:

  • Your bank generates daily bank statement files

  • The files are placed on the bank’s secure SFTP server

  • Kolleno connects automatically and retrieves new files

  • Statements are imported and processed without manual uploads

This provides the same level of automation as a direct bank integration.

This setup is recommended if:

  • Your bank is not available in Kolleno’s direct integrations

  • Your bank offers SFTP access for statement delivery

  • You want automated, daily statement imports

Supported File Formats

Your bank must be able to provide statements in a supported format, such as:

  • Other file formats can be requested on demand by contacting kolleno@support

These formats are commonly used by banks for automated reporting.

How to Get Started

  1. Contact your bank’s treasury or cash management team

  2. Ask if they provide:

  3. Once confirmed, collect the SFTP connection details

  4. Provide the details to kolleno@support to complete the setup
