This functionality allows you to upload standard documents once at the account level and reuse them across emails, templates, and workflows without reuploading per customer.
When to Use This
Use this approach if the same documents apply to all customers, for example:
Bank verification letters
Forms
If documents differ per customer, storing them in your ERP and syncing per account is recommended.
Request this from Support
Please send a request to support@kolleno with the following:
Attach the documents you want uploaded.
Confirm that the documents should be available globally.
Once completed by Support, the documents will be available for selection in workflows and email templates.
What Happens Next
After tagging and enabling visibility, the documents can be attached automatically to outbound communications without manual uploads.
