Some banks—typically in the US and Canada—sync all accounts linked to your banking login when connected through Open Banking. These providers don’t allow selecting specific accounts during setup, so you may see accounts in Kolleno that you don’t need or want to manage.

How It Works

If there are accounts you prefer not to display, our support team can hide them for you. Hidden accounts will no longer appear in your account list, reconciliation views, or reports.

When This Is Useful

  • Banks that automatically sync all accounts

  • Confidential or unrelated accounts that shouldn’t be visible in Kolleno

  • Closed or inactive accounts still appearing

  • Test or development accounts not needed for production

How to Request It

  1. Identify the accounts you want to hide.

  2. Contact support@kolleno.com mentioning Account setting code is_displayed.

  3. Provide the necessary account details to ensure they can be identified without any doubt.

  4. Support will hide the accounts and confirm once complete.

What Happens When an Account Is Hidden

  • It disappears from your account list and reconciliation views

  • It remains connected and continues receiving data in the background

  • You can request to unhide it at any time
