The Upload CSV Customer Group Links tool allows you to quickly group customers together by uploading a CSV file containing parent–child customer relationships. This is especially useful when managing large datasets that require structured customer hierarchy.
📤 What This Tool Does
This feature lets you create customer groups by linking individual customers to a parent customer. Each row in your CSV represents one link. After upload, these relationships are reflected in your customer structure within Kolleno.
📋 CSV Format Requirements
Your CSV file must contain two columns:
customer — the child customer
parent_customer — the customer that should act as the parent

CUST001,CUST002
CUST003,CUST002
CUST004,CUST005
Each row links a customer to a parent customer, forming a hierarchical customer group.
Sending the File
When sending the CSV files to Kolleno Customer Support, please:
Confirm which field is the unique customer identifier (e.g., customer reference).
Please share the URL of the Kolleno Dashboard for the company/instance you want this to be uploaded to.
Important Note
This import is done manually by the Kolleno team. Please limit the number of requests.
Kolleno will aim to process the file as soon as possible, but no timing guarantees can be made.
Ensure CSV files are UTF-8 encoded, use commas for column separation, and enclose values containing commas or special characters in double quotes.
⚠️ Maximum File Size
Your CSV may contain up to 2,000 rows.
If your file exceeds this limit, split it into smaller files before sending.
