The Bulk Remove Tags feature allows you to efficiently remove Tags from multiple customers or invoices at once. This helps you maintain accurate and clean tagging structures without needing to manually edit each record.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Correct Section
From your Kolleno sidebar, open either the Customers or Invoices tab — depending on where you’d like to remove the tag.
2. Select the Records
Choose the customers or invoices you want to update by:
Using filters to narrow down your data (Customer Filters guide)
Manually ticking the checkbox next to each record you want to include in the bulk aciton.
3. Open the Bulk Action Menu
Once your records are selected, click Bulk Action icon at the top left.
4. Choose the Action Type
In the “Property to update / Action to perform” dropdown, select Remove tag.
5. Select the Tag to Delete
From the tag list, choose which tag you want to remove from the selected customers or invoices.
Once you’ve selected the tag to remove, click Update to confirm.
6. Verify the Changes
After updating, the deleted tag will no longer appear on the selected customers or invoices.
