Kolleno’s alert system automatically notifies you when emails in your workflows fail to send due to delivery issues.

Why do you need it?

This alert helps you quickly identify and fix email delivery problems, ensuring your customers receive important communications.

When does it appear?

The alert is triggered automatically when emails in your workflow encounter delivery errors like invalid email addresses or blocked domains.

What does it mean?

  • Red Alert (Error): 100% of emails failed to send

  • Yellow Alert (Warning): 50% or more emails failed to send

  • Blue Alert (Info): Less than 50% of emails failed to send

What should you do?

  1. Check the contact's email addresses in your email configuration step

  2. Update invalid email addresses or contact information

  3. Contact Kolleno Support team if unclear or any issues remain.
