Issue
Your customers may be unable to make payments above a certain amount (e.g. $3,000) when using Kolleno.
Solution
The payment limit is set by your payment provider (e.g. Stripe, GoCardless, etc.), not by Kolleno. This limit applies to all payments made through Kolleno.
If you want to increase the limit:
Contact your payment provider directly.
Request an increase to your transaction limit.
Note: Kolleno cannot change or remove this limit—it must be adjusted by the payment provider.
