Switching from Another Provider to Automatic Stripe Payments in Kolleno

Switch from your current Stripe setup to automatic payments in Kolleno in three simple steps.

If you currently use Stripe through another platform and want Kolleno to handle automatic payments:

  1. Import Customers
    Go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe in Kolleno, connect your Stripe account, and map all Stripe customers to the customers in Kolleno (if needed, this can be done in bulk via CSV - please contact Support). This ensures Kolleno can charge their saved cards.

  2. Turn Off Billing Elsewhere
    Disable any automatic Stripe charges in your current system (e.g. NetSuite) to avoid duplicate payments.

  3. Enable Auto-Payments in Kolleno
    In the same Stripe settings page, toggle Automatic Payments ON. Kolleno will now handle card charges automatically.

It will automatically start charging customers from day one after this setup.
