To reassign an email or a chain of correspondence within Kolleno, click into Customers, select your customer in question and find the email, call or SMS correspondence on their timeline.
You will see three dots on the right hand side of the email, call or SMS correspondence. Click the three dots to see a dropdown menu of options. The first being Reassign.
This will allow you to choose from your customer list, where you would like the correspondence to be moved to.
Ensure to click the blue Reassign button at the bottom to complete the action.
