Approval to Connect Required:

When you connect your Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 email account to Kolleno, you might see the following message asking to request permission:

Make the request on this screen by entering a justification in “Enter justification for requesting this app” and clicking on “Request approval”. Your Microsoft admin will then need to approve your request.

If this doesn’t work, make sure you Microsoft admin grants tenant-wide admin consent in Enterprise apps.

How to grant tenant-wide admin consent?

You can grant tenant-wide admin consent through the Enterprise applications panel if the application has already been provisioned in your tenant. For example, an app could be provisioned in your tenant if at least one user has already consented to the application. For more information, see How and why applications are added to Azure Active Directory.

To grant tenant-wide admin consent to an app listed in Enterprise applications:

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal with one of the roles listed in the prerequisites section.

  2. Select Azure Active Directory, and then select Enterprise applications.

  3. Select the application to which you want to grant tenant-wide admin consent, and then select Permissions.

Other solutions

-> If this doesn't work, grant the user (the email address you are trying to connect) the permission "Cloud Application Administrator" in the user 'Assigned roles' subtab.

-> If this doesn't work, go to "Consent and permissions" > "User consent settings" and select "Allow user consent for apps" then click on "Save".

Try now to connect the email address via the Kolleno settings.
