This article will go through where to check if a GoCardless status is active or pending in GoCardless.

If you see the Kolleno status as Pending but Active on GoCardless, you are probably looking at the Customer or Bank Account on GoCardless, you need to navigate to the mandate page:

This is what the Customer page looks like:

This is what the Bank Account page looks like:

But this is the one that matters, the MANDATE. This is the status that will say whether you can charge the customer:
