If you decide to change the email address used for sending and receiving emails in your Kolleno system, you will first need to disconnect the existing one.
Steps to disconnect your email account:
Step 1:
Navigate to Settings > Emails
Step 2:
Select the "..." next to your connected email account and select disconnect
