This article will explain how to review your customer timeline and make sure that there are attachments on your emails.

In the customer timeline in Kolleno on communications as seen on the email example below:

  • Invoices: references the invoices in regards to which the communication (automated or manual) was sent

  • Attachments: shows the actual attachments that have been sent out with this communication

Key Point! This is a great way to check that your communications are not only linking the correct invoices but the communications are sending attachments too
