How to respond to automated attendants while making a call on the platform

When making calls from within the system, it is possible to respond to automated attendants using the keypad.

Once the call has been initiated, you will note that the call button turns red, and there will now be a total of 3 buttons visible:

  • mute button

  • keypad

  • termination button

By selecting the keypad, you will be able to input responses to the automated attendants
