All the communication history for a customer is stored in the customer timeline.
To initiate contact from a customer level go into Customers ➡️ Customer name ➡️ Click “Contact” ➡️ Select communication option
To respond to a communication from the Task Manager (Tasks or Reminders) ➡️ Select communication ➡️ click Respond now
