Sending communication with Kolleno is a simple, efficient, and smooth experience, no more searching for invoice copies or previous contact details.
All customer communications are stored and easily accessible in the Customer Timeline & Collector Tasks
1. Sending Communication from the Customer Page
To initiate contact directly from a customer profile record:
Go to Customers -> Customer Profile in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click the “Action” button in the top-right corner.
Choose your preferred method:
Each action automatically links to the customer account and stores the interaction in the timeline.
2. Responding to Communications from Collector Tasks
You can also send communications directly from the Collector Tasks section.
There are multiple ways to reach out from here:
Open the Collector Tasks tab.
Select the relevant customer.
Click Respond Now or Open the task.
Select Action → choose Email, SMS, Phone Call, Note, or Task.
This method ensures all replies are logged automatically under the correct customer record.
