Notes are the only type of action you can go back and edit after they've been saved. Everything else — emails, calls, SMS — is locked once completed.
How to do it
Hover over a saved note in the timeline and click Edit. The note opens in the editor with your original content already loaded. Make your changes and click Save.
What you can change
The note body
The reminder date and time
The linked invoices or transactions
Which notes can be edited
Any note written directly by a user can be edited — whether it was created from the customer page or from within the Task Manager.
Who can edit a note
Any user with access to the customer can edit a note, regardless of who wrote it.
What stays the same
Editing a note updates it in place — it doesn't create a new note or change the task in any way. The note's timestamp, the task status, and everything else remain exactly as they were.
