If you are using Kolleno in the US data region, please ensure the following:
Please install the Kolleno SuiteApp 2.4.9 or above.
Search for "Kolleno Settings" in the search bar.
Click on "New Kolleno Settings".
Give it the name
Default.
Select the region
US.
Click on
Save.
In the Kolleno platform, head to your accounting settings: https://app.us.kolleno.com/settings/accounting/
Click on “Connect” next to NetSuite and follow the flow on the screen.
