By default, Kolleno synchronizes with NetSuite every 3 minutes.
In some environments, frequent synchronization can contribute to NetSuite performance issues. You can request a reduced sync frequency, such as every 15 minutes, through Kolleno Support.
When Should You Adjust the Sync Frequency
NetSuite performance has slowed down since Kolleno went live
Your IT or NetSuite admin has identified high concurrency or webhook activity
Real-time synchronization is not required for your workflows
For additional performance diagnostics, you can monitor concurrency using NetSuite APM.
Important Considerations Before Requesting the Change
Reducing the sync frequency means data updates between Kolleno and NetSuite will be slightly less precise.
