By default, Kolleno tracks link clicks in the emails you send to your customers. This allows you to see when a recipient clicks a link, helping your team understand engagement and follow up more effectively. It also helps the AI better understand the engagement rating.
🔍 What Does Link Tracking Do?
When link tracking is enabled:
Kolleno will automatically detect if a recipient has clicked on a link in the email.
You’ll see a “CLICKED” status next to the email in your timeline.
This helps you identify interested or engaged customers — so you can prioritize follow-up or troubleshoot when no action is taken.
✉️ Not Using Link Tracking
If you prefer not to track link clicks (e.g. for legal, compliance, or customer experience reasons), you can request to disable this feature.
Just contact support and quote the code:
has_feature_track_email_link_clicks
⚠️ Note: Once disabled:
Kolleno will no longer show the "CLICKED" status on any emails.
You won’t be able to tell if a customer has interacted with your links.
✅ Why We Recommend Keeping It On
Most Kolleno clients benefit from link tracking as it provides actionable insights into customer behaviour:
Know exactly when to follow up.
Confirm whether a payment link was opened.
Troubleshoot issues where customers claim not to have seen or received information.
