You can add multiple bank accounts in Kolleno for the same currency or across different currencies. Each bank account can also have a unique legal address assigned to it.
How to add a legal address to a bank account:
Click the pencil icon next to the bank account you want to edit.
Scroll to the bottom of the modal and click the arrow to expand the Legal Entity Address section.
Choose to either:
Use the default company address (populated from your main company info),
or
Enter a custom address specific to that entity bank account.
Click Update to save the changes.
Once the account is saved, you can also set it as your default company bank account by toggling “Use as default.”
