The Kolleno team is constantly working to improve the platform's experience across all areas. Throughout the day, we release new versions of the app that bring additional functionality. The reason behind an update could be improvements in platform speed, enhanced features and new releases.
These updates typically happen automatically when you first open Kolleno each day. Sometimes, though, you will see a notification about a pending update, as shown in the screenshot below.
Clicking "Refresh Now" will instantly update your app to the latest version. We recommend doing this as soon as the banner appears to avoid any interruptions in your experience.
You can always find what version of the platform you are on by viewing the numbers underneath your name in the bottom left hand side of your account. If you are having issues with the platform or something doesn't appear correct, please click the refresh now button if available or simply refresh your browser. If issues persist, email into our support at support@kolleno.com and provide the URL at the top of the page and the number at the bottom of the page.
