How to Upload a Favicon for the Customer Portal

Admins can customize the Customer Portal by uploading a favicon — a small icon that appears in the browser tab next to the page title. It helps users visually identify your portal and gives it a more polished, branded look.

What Is a Favicon?

A favicon (short for "favorite icon") is a 32x32 pixel icon shown in:

  • Browser tabs

  • Bookmarks

  • Browser history

It's typically your logo or another brand-related image in a small, square format.

Steps to Upload a Favicon

  1. Go to Kolleno Settings.

  2. Click on the Customer Portal tab.

  3. Under the Favicon section, click Upload.

  4. Choose a file that meets these requirements:

    • Size: 32x32 pixels

    • Format: .ico or .png

Once uploaded, the new favicon will automatically appear for users accessing your Customer Portal.

Note: Only admins can upload or change the favicon.
