By default, Kolleno excludes paused invoices and paused customers in automatic payment runs. Kolleno team can adjust this setting for you.
What Happens When This Setting Is Enabled?
When this feature is turned on:
Paused invoices will be charged during automatic payment runs, regardless of the pause chasing status.
Paused customers will be charged automatically, regardless of the pause chasing status.
How to Request This Change
To enabled automatic charging for paused invoices and customers, simply contact Kolleno Support at support@kolleno.com. Let us know you'd like this setting turned off, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please quote the setting code "is_automatic_charging_paused_invoices_and_customers".
