Kolleno enforces valid email addresses for contacts, ensuring clean data entry. However, many contacts originate from your ERP system, where data may not always be structured properly due to operational or technical reasons.

To improve email delivery, Kolleno supports multiple email addresses within the email field when importing contacts from your ERP. If the email field contains several addresses separated by commas or semicolons, Kolleno will automatically recognize and process them. When an email is sent to that contact, it will be delivered to each email address in the field.

How It Works:

  • If an imported contact has multiple email addresses in the email field (separated by commas or semicolons), Kolleno will recognize them.

  • Emails sent to that contact will be delivered to all listed email addresses.

  • This ensures that all relevant recipients receive important communications without requiring manual updates.

This enhancement makes it easier to manage contacts imported from your ERP while maintaining effective communication.
