You can find any inactive contacts in the Incorrect Contacts Report

There are 3 ways a contact could be inactive:

  1. Manually marked as inactive. Click into the customer > configuration > customer contacts > three dots (see screenshot)

  2. Contact deleted in NetSuite (see article here)

  3. Contact marked as inactive in NetSuite (see article here)
