There are two possible scenarios when a late failure happens with GoCardless:
Scenario 1
GoCardless has previously confirmed the payment is successful.
Kolleno is informed by GoCardless that there has been a late failure before the payment has been paid out to your bank account.
The payment is simply voided automatically by Kolleno on QuickBooks.
Scenario 2
GoCardless has previously confirmed the payment is successful.
The payment has been applied to a deposit (paid out to your bank account).
Kolleno is informed by GoCardless that there has been a late failure.
Option (a)
Kolleno automatically unapplies the payment from the deposit if there are multiple payments linked to the deposit.
OPTION (b)
Kolleno deletes the deposit if there is only one payment linked to the deposit.
