Reconnecting Your Xero Account in Kolleno When Xero Indicates “Already Connected”

This article explain what to do if your Xero organisation appears as “Already connected” when reconnecting a Xero account on Kolleno.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue and reconnect your Xero account.

Step 1: Access Your Xero Account

  1. Log in to your Xero account.

  2. Ensure that you are viewing the correct Xero organisation.

Step 2: Disconnect Kolleno

  1. Click the menu icon on the top right of the screen

  2. Click Manage app connections.

  3. Locate the Kolleno application in your list of connected apps.

  4. Click “Disconnect” to remove the existing connection.

Step 3: Reconnect Xero in Your Kolleno Settings

  1. Return to Kolleno.

  2. Navigate to Settings and select Accounting.

  3. Follow the prompts to reconnect your Xero account.

By following these steps, your Xero account should now be properly reconnected and fully functional within Kolleno.
