If you need to deactivate/invalidate a customer portal URL, follow these steps.

If you need to deactivate/invalidate a customer portal URL, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer you need to invalidate the URL

  2. Select "Configuration" tab

  3. Click on the calendar icon on the line "Invalidate customer portal URLs"

  4. Click on "OK"

It means that any URL to the customer portal you created before that date and time will not work anymore.
