You can easily find out who triggered the payment by heading the appropriate customer’s Customer Hub. Go to the tab “Payments” and, in the last column, you will see various options:
Automatic Payment: if it was automatically triggered by Kolleno’s auto-charge technology.
Customer Portal: if the customer’s did a one-time payment themselves via the customer portal.
User’s name: this is the actual name of the user in your organization who used a payment method on file to charge it.
