One of the super-powerful feature of the Kolleno no-code workflows is the “ERP record”, which lets you update any field (yes, even the custom ones) with the value of your choice.

It enables complex logic as it is fully part of the workflows, so the value change can be at the end of an if/else node for example.

Please note that this action can only be update records at the matching workflow level:

  • Credit Note → when the workflow is set at credit note level

  • Customer → when the workflow is set at customer level

  • Invoice → when the workflow is set at invoice level

  • Payment (ERP) → when the workflow is set at payment ERP level

This ensures that ERP Actions run in the right context and avoid mismatches across levels.

If an ERP Action fails, the workflow will display the exact error message returned by your ERP system so you can quickly identify and resolve the issue.

It is just another way to keep all your systems in perfect synch. If your system or ERP is not yet available, contact your customer success manager: there might be a solution waiting for you.
