Restrict Sage Intacct connections by IP address

If you company restricts connections based on the IP address, you will need to add Kolleno's IP.

If your organization restricts the connections by IP address, you will need to whitelist the Kolleno IP address.

  1. Company -> Overview -> Company Information

  2. Click EDIT

  3. Click on the ‘Security’ tab

  4. Go to the field labeled “Enforce IP address filters” -> “Manage Filters” and click the Edit icon

  5. Add the IP address 18.135.93.249 to the allowed list, and for the user select the WebService user you created previously.
