If you have a lot of Customers to change the strike level, you will find it handy to use the Bulk Action functionality.
Go to Customers
Select the appropriate checkboxes on the left of the table
Click on Bulk action
Select Strike level as the Property to update
Select the desired strike level
Click on Update
