If you use multiple NetSuite subsidiaries and you want each of them to be mapped to a different Kolleno account, you will need to get in touch with the Kolleno team, sharing the IDs you want accounts created for.

You can find the list of subsidiaries in Setup -> Company -> (CLASSIFICATIONS) -> Subsidiaries

Please share the IDs you see in the "INTERNAL ID" column, and attach a screenshot of this page to avoid any confusion with the team when setting up the account for you:
