If you use multiple NetSuite subsidiaries, Kolleno can map each subsidiary to a separate Kolleno account. This mapping is done by the Kolleno team.

Screenshot for context

Add a screenshot from NetSuite:
“Setup → Company → Classifications → Subsidiaries” page, showing the Internal ID column.

Step 1 – Locate your NetSuite subsidiaries

  1. In NetSuite, go to:
    Setup → Company → (CLASSIFICATIONS) → Subsidiaries

  2. Review the list of subsidiaries.

  3. Note the values in the Internal ID column for each subsidiary you want mapped.

Step 2 – Gather details for Kolleno

Before contacting Kolleno Support, prepare:

  • The Internal IDs of each subsidiary to be mapped

  • A screenshot of the Subsidiaries page showing the Internal ID column

  • The Kolleno URL for each account you need created or mapped

This ensures the team can configure the mappings without confusion.

Step 3 – Request subsidiary mapping in Kolleno

Send an email to support@kolleno.com with the subject:
“Map NetSuite subsidiaries to separate Kolleno accounts”

Include:

  • Your primary Kolleno URL

  • List of NetSuite subsidiary names and their Internal IDs

  • Which Kolleno account each Internal ID should map to

  • A screenshot of the Subsidiaries page (showing Internal IDs)

If mapping is required for multiple Kolleno instances, include the Kolleno URL for each instance and clearly state which subsidiaries belong to which instance.
