When onboarding, you might have requested to pull some special fields you have in NetSuite. Either as smart fields or custom filters.
In order for the Kolleno team to set it up for you, you need to provide the NetSuite internal ID of the field.
You can find that internal ID simply by clicking on the name of the field:
here the internal ID is "custbodypaymentpending".
If you cannot see it when clicking on it, but instead you see this message: "This is a custom field created for your account. Contact your administrator for details.":
You need to go in your personal preferences ("Set Preferences"):
Click on "SHOW INTERNAL IDS"
And finally click on "SAVE" in the bottom-left of the page:
