What data does Kolleno back-up?

You may be wondering whether Kolleno backs up data, and whether you, as a user, can access these backups.

Kolleno System:

  • Does Kolleno back-up any information that you have created in the system - notes, templates, strategies, timeline information etc?

Kolleno back ups data automatically as a fail-safe on Kolleno’s systems, so that the platform can come back online in an efficient manner in the event of any technical issue.

However, the user does not have the possibility to recover data themselves due to their own actions. In some instances, such as recovering a deleted template or strategy, the Kolleno support can help recover them.

Accounting System:

  • Does Kolleno back-up any information from your connected accounting system?

Data pieces such as contact details are not recoverable by the support. This information remains in sync with the accounting platform / ERP as we do not store or save this data due to privacy.
