Why Kolleno keeps all users in the system?
In Kolleno system you are not able to fully remove (delete) users from the platform.
This is due to consistency and continuity reasons: we want to make sure that all communications are displayed in the timeline. For example, if the user is fully deleted, then all the communications made or initiated by that user would be removed from the timeline.
How to deactivate a user in Kolleno?
To ensure that a user that no longer with you or no longer requires access to Kolleno, you can simply set them as inactive.
Navigate to Users & Permissions ➡️ Existing Users ➡️ Toggle active/inactive

Will the user still be able to access Kolleno when marked as inactive?
No, once the toggle is marked as inactive the user will be unable to access the Kolleno platform.
Will the user still be able to see company information and have any visibility of Kolleno?
No, the user will have no access to Kolleno so will be unable to view any information.
How do I set a user to active once they are inactive?
Follow the above steps and click the toggle on for that user.
