Your Kolleno platform is synchronized with your online payment platform but you notice there are customers who are unable to make payments.

Please try the following steps to disconnect & re-connect your payment platform:

Settings ➡️Payments ➡️ Go to the connected account (Blink/Stripe) ➡️Disconnect (Blink/Stripe)

Once you have disconnected, please re-connect by selecting configure.
