Bulk communication is a one-off communication that you can send to customers.
This can be used to send customers information such as:
- Statements
- Company information change
- Company procedure information
To create a bulk communication: Go into Automation ➡️ Bulk communications ➡️ select Create new bulk communication ➡️ draft bulk communication ➡️ Assign customers ➡️ Send
Customer Chasing and Bulk Communications
Bulk Communication is classed as manual communication in the platform.
So if chasing is turned off for a customer, you will have to remove the customer from the assigned list on the bulk communication.
This is easily done by employing the use of filters to ensure all customers with chasing turned off are excluded.
NOTE:
The bulk communication will try to send to the Primary Contacts. If there are no Primary Contacts marked, it will send to all contacts on the customer record.
