How to apply/remove strategies from customers?
To remove customers from a particular strategy click the “assign to customers” button
Deselect the customer in question and select save
Viewing customers assigned to a strategy
To find out which customers are assigned to a particular strategy
Go into the automation option on the side menu and select the strategies tab
Select the strategy in query click the “assign to customers” button
This will open a pop-up list of all customers
You can then filter by customers assigned to the strategy
