Assigning Customers to a Strategy

How to apply/remove strategies from customers?

1. To remove customers from a particular strategy click the “assign to customers” button

2. Deselect the customer in question and select save

Viewing customers assigned to a strategy

To find out which customers are assigned to a particular strategy

1. Go into the automation option on the side menu and select the strategies tab

2. Select the strategy in query click the “assign to customers” button
   

   

3. This will open a pop-up list of all customers
   

   

4. You can then filter by customers assigned to the strategy
