There is no longer a need to download invoices to attach them to emails as they are readily accessible through the platform, and you can attach them to emails directly!
However, should you need to download any invoice copy, it can be done by accessing the invoice via either the invoices dashboard or customer profile by pressing the “download icon”.
To download copies of the invoices from the Customer Hub ➡️ Invoices Tab ➡️ Hover the “download icon” (arrow down).
To download invoices from the list of Invoices ➡️ identify the relevant invoice ➡️ hover on the download icon (arrow down).
In both cases, you will have the choice between downloading the PDF or opening it in a new tab. If you click on the arrow itself, it will open in a new tab as a default behavior.
